Ingredients
25ml Belgrove Hazelnut Rum
1 serving good quality drinking chocolate
250ml milk
Method
Add the milk to a pan and bring to a gentle simmer whilst stirring slowly with a whisk. Remove from the heat and add the drinking chocolate.
Return back to the hob on a medium heat, and continue to whisk until all the drinking chocolate has melted. Pour into a mug, add the Belgrove Hazelnut Rum and enjoy.
